SF 7900 Ceramic Shield is a ceramic dry film protective coating for MIG/MAG welding processes. This product protects contact tips and welding nozzles by preventing adhesion of welding spatter. This results in significant longer processing times without cleaning of the welding equipment and reduction of downtimes. The repellent film of SF 7900 Ceramic Shield also protects against adhering spatter on jigs, fixtures or fittings, power cables, sensors, metal components and the jaws of spot welding systems.
