BONDERITE C-AK 187 G is a high alkalinity, heavy duty, dip, spray and electro-cleaner, formulated for fast efficient cleaning of steel in continuous sheet and strip plants. It can also be used to degrease brass prior to electroplating. BONDERITE C-AK 187 G incorporates a blend of surfactants for the rapid penetration and emulsification of a wide range of rolling oils.
Such emulsions are designed to be sufficiently unstable to allow separation of oil on standing, for subsequent effluent disposal.
The surfactant system is low foaming at ambient temperatures and negligible foam is produced at normal operating temperatures of 50°C and above.
